We just got stationed in the area from being overseas- and came to this Chick-Fil-A because of the playground for lunch. My kids got kicked out of the playground at 1:00 because they said the manager wants to close it to keep unchaperoned kids from playing and provide seating for customers without kids on their lunch breaks. They pretend to say they need to clean it for 1 entire hour, yet didn’t go in to clean it because she was attending to the floor during busy lunchtime. We asked if she finished cleaning it early, could our kids play, (again, why we came here to eat)- she said no- it had to be locked down for 60 precise minutes no matter what. LOL My first indication this was not the right Chick-Fil-A to come to was that they didn’t give an active military discount that all others I’ve been to throughout the country, give. Then the playground shut down after 15 min of being a paying customer. If they don’t like families and children then they should remove their playground and build additional barstool seating for single customers. I would be glad to drive another 20-30 min to a Chick-Fil-A that celebrates and loves children and respects a paying family going to eat together that paid over $50 to sit and eat together & enjoy the playground for 30 min. By the way- the lady shut it down and never went in to clean it while we stayed another 20 min to eat and left. Never returning and do not recommend. Manager & Staff passes blame to GM/ Owner for decisions and provided no legitimate answer.

Waited 20 minutes for my online order. They didn’t even look for it until they noticed I was there a while, to which they told me I had to hit “I am in here in the app”. Cool. Not your fault. But why am I ordering ahead in the first place if I’m just going to be pit back in line. I had to return to work for the rest of my shift with no food because of their lack of attention to guest needs.

I really don’t think you can go wrong with a Chic-fil-A. I stopped in for a chicken biscuit, and a cup of coffee. This location was a little different then what I’m normally used to in a Chic. The outside looks the usual role, but the inside was very nice. They had little special touches every where on the decor. The place was very clean and the staff were all very pleasant. My only criticism is the time it took to get my food after I ordered. They were a little behind it seemed on pushing counter orders out due to how many people were coming in for online orders, and I guess prearranged orders for groups. All and all s very nice location…

This is the worst chick filet I have ever been to. Drive through was slow and now I know why. We clearly told the person taking our order that we wanted large drinks. We paid in cash and proceeded to the window to get our food. They handed us our food and asked is that is everything. We said no, we need our drinks. Out come all medium drinks. We said we had ordered large drinks. The person handing us our food said yea that’s been happening all day. We have to up charge you for the drinks. I said really. You can’t just give us the drinks we ordered. I even pointed out the person who took the order. They said no our policy is to upcharge. I asked to speak to the manger about having to pay twice when they are the ones making all the errors. She was worthless. May as well of had a robot there repeating this is our policy this is our policy. So disgusted about all the time this was taking and the poor customer service we just left. Will not return to this establishment.

I eat here probably once a week and every time I have a large fry, they never fill it all the way. It didn’t bother me until I got home and saw this and my jaw dropped. Still great service and food.
