Parking lot was a nightmare, so we ordered online for pickup. Staff was very friendly. The amount we were charged was ridiculous! My side of mixed fruit wasn’t filled to the top. Fries were fine, but sandwiches were small for the price. $4.49 for a VERY small shake was outrageous!!! Quality of food is great, but definitely TOO expensive!!! We won’t be back.

They don’t send out the food in the right order. A guy six heads behind me gets his order first. And you dare not go in the drive-thru because that wraps around the building twice. Don’t even think about leaving because it’s next to impossible. Food was great though.

Can’t get anywhere near the place to place an order. Drive thru is such a mess the cars are blocking the parking spaces. Should really plan your parking lots better or get bigger lot to build on.

We mobile ordered breakfast and once we arrived the order was never made. Before we even talked to the lead running the shift, she was running around looking very confused. A dine in customer was also there waiting on his order that hadn’t come out. My screen clearly stated “we will make your order before you arrive.” The lead claimed we had to “say we were here” so they’d start making our order. I have never had an issue mobile ordering with Chick-fil-A. To me it sounds like they skipped our order/or forgot about it and then tried to cover it up with a load of bull.
