Seriously forgot the sauce that is specific to the sandwich. Forgot the toy for kids meal. Gave five grilled nuggets instead of six. The kids meal nuggets were spicy AF. This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Every time I order from them lately something is missing from the order. Thought the company prided themselves on going above and beyond, not constantly messing stuff up.

The service was poorly here. I’ve been here in the past and had no problems but they always seem to forget something in my bag. The employees don’t look like they want to be there. The prices are outrageous employees better be getting paid well at least. Food is good when they don’t forget something. App doesn’t let me enter notes anymore. Just unbelievable I’d rather go to another county to get my food then to come here.

Worst Chick fil A i have ever been to! I waited which i dont mind but to have food that is completely cold and old is horrible. Ordered 3 Meals. All cold. You can tell nuggets were sitting or put back in the fryer. Dried to core. Next time ill drive further for better quality.

Placed an order on the mobile app and then waiting a good 15 mins until the manager asked what I was waiting for. I tried to be patient and I understand they were busy. She said they never received my order. And verified on my app that I had the correct location. She reordered my food , said she was going to promo it because I’ve been waiting a while . But my card was still charged for the order. General manager gave me my new order but I was missing multiple items from my order. I was very patient and understanding but after waiting almost 25 mins for a mobile order and my order being wrong was very frustrating. Also , the first manager to try and fix the order should have followed thru and made sure that I would be refunded my original order and especially made sure my order was correct . Chick fil a usually has very high quality and customer service . This location is very chaotic or at least when I was there .

This was the worst experience I’ve had with this franchise ever! I called to inquire about an order I placed through DoorDash and first the representative at Chick-fil-A told me that they couldn’t give my food to the dasher because they arrived late. When I called back again they said that it was already sent out with another dasher. There had been 2 dashers sent there to pick up an order that was placed greater than an hour ago. As a customer I basically feel like they had an issue with DoorDash and took it out on me. We’re actually visiting this area from out of town. I would not recommend this particular establishment to anyone. Bad service. Bad communication. Bad attempt to resolve the matter.

Most unorganized and chaotic Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Do NOT recommend. We just tried to do a takeout order and had to sit down just to place an order, which took 15 minutes and they forgot items. It was a hot mess in this place.

The drive-thru takes FOREVER at this location, like it’s truly unbelievable. Today I had to wait 20 minutes! And you can’t even leave the line, you are stuck and forced to wait! I thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to have a time efficient system? Very frustrating!
