Not the best service. Waited in line and at the wait parking space. 30 minute wait time. Saw 3 cars come back, people go inside cause order was wrong. My food finally arrives. The runner reaches had completely to the bottom of my food bag, touching the fries to check my order. WRONG!!! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED.

Ordered Nugget meal… With a sprite… Came to window and they gave me the Nugget meal with a vanilla shake…. I thought 12.20$ for a 8 piece nugget meal was expensive and found out that’s why… Didn’t get offered any money back , only offered the shake I didn’t order… Pretty unhappy about that. Foods always good no matter what , just killing the pockets.

Chick fil a is always a favorite. I was glad that even outside of Florida the staff is friendly and the food taste the same. The place was full. It was raining outside. Perfect excuse to come and eat. People ate and left as they were done. Business seems good. Crowd after crowd came. Seat were not empty for long. My son and I enjoyed our food.

We had an early appointment and decided to stop for breakfast on the way home. Chick-fil-A is always a good choice for both of us. This was our first time at this location and it can be a little tricky to get into when coming from the east. We arrived, parked and walked inside. They weren’t very busy but we had a short wait as a customer had no idea what they wanted. We quickly placed our order, paid and received our drinks and went to sit and wait for them to call us. We only had a short wait before they called and we got to dig into our food. I had the egg white girl which is my go-to breakfast from them and my kid had the hash brown burrito with grilled chicken and hash browns. Sometimes you can’t have too many hash browns. The food was made correctly and looked good. Everything was hot and delicious.

Hands- down this 192/location is the worst one in all Central Florida, I have yet to go to this location without having a hard time. Literally every single visit I get the wrong order or a confused employee. I never spend less than 20$ I don’t have any issues with any other location I’ve visited. But this one, I hate this location, a true waste. Worst employees, worst service. This location made me stop wanting to go to chic- fil- an all together.

Very clean, great food if you like fast food. Obviously, it’s not a very healthy option. The staff was very nice but they did mess up our order a bit and we had to come back inside to get that sorted out but they were very nice about it and fixed it quickly. Over all very happy with the food and service.
