So my husband and I own a small business here in Saint cloud Monday morning I have to open the shop by myself I stop at Chick-fil-A like I always do and here lately. The service has been horrible. Last week I ordered a burrito and the burrito tortilla was so stale that it fell apart when I grabbed it. This morning I ordered a parfait. I had to wait 10 minutes for the parfait because they were cutting fresh fruit, I finally get my order. I drive all the way into work, mind you this is my only breakfast and no one else is here with me today to leave to go get more breakfast. I sit down and enjoy my breakfast, and this is what they gave me. Quality at this particular Chick-fil-A has declined tremendously.. so my husband wanted then to redeem their self this morning on 6/14/2023 and ya this time no granola

I’ve been to many chick-fil-As all over Florida and even out of state. They have the longest lines for a fast food place but yet move so quick. But this location is literally the slowest I’ve ever been to. Idk why. Hopefully they can work on fixing this. Other than that, no issues. They have a bunch of employees in there working hard

This is a very good Chick-fil-a, one of the best in the area. They have such great food and wonderful staff working there. It is very clean and has a nice play area inside for children to play in. The service is very good and efficient, even in the busy drive-thru.

Unfortunately, it was not one of the best Chic Fil A outings I’ve had. Tried this location for the first time and used the mobile order. When I arrived, I went to the mobile order pickup area to await being called. They called for the other gentleman waiting but never acknowledged me, despite several employees making eye contact. After several minutes, I turned around and noticed a mobile pickup rack where my food had been the whole time! I grabbed it and left without any interaction up until the point I walked by an employee on the dining floor.

Dine in, Take out or Drive thru your experience at this location will always be awesome! Of course I like the food – but I love the staff at this location! Even when a mistake happens – because they do happen – they are always on top of it making sure you leave happy. I love Chick Fila, my family and I been going there for years, we love the food. But not all Chick Fila locations are the same, meaning there value. I usually going to the one @ Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee or the one in St. Cloud and I must say the one in St. Cloud has better service. The one in Osceola is not stepping up to there standards. I have been there the last few weeks and I ordered a egg white biscuit with Colby Jack cheese and there wasn’t any cheese amount other orders I have made. They forget the straws or gave me the wrong order as pulling away from the curbside pick up or having me waiting 20 minutes for one thing I ordered, the list goes and on. I’m not one to complain about things like this. But I am a paying customer and would like to be serve accordingly to the service that Chick Fila used to perform. It seems like after the pandemic everyone and everything is no longer quality and quantity service. I’m very hurt because I love Chick Fila over all the fast food restaurants out there.
