Have been to this location multiple times since they opened each time, hoping and expecting that with more time pass that their service would have improved but I have to say I have yet to have one decent experience here everything from messed up orders to long wait times to missing food. How do you miss place and bump we later found out a $38 order Asked numerous times for the owner to please contact me as every time I call never get an answer and have yet to have the owner reach out to me not even a manager that apologized reaching out and it’s now been at least 4 to 6 weeks since the last incident I now go out of my way to go to Daniels Road so at least I know that my order is going to be fresh And correct this location and its owner very poor does not belong in the horizon west area we want attentive, business owners, who care about their customers

Just picked up takeout for the first time from this new location. We were a bit disappointed. Our orders of chicken strips were barely warm, and the fries had no warmth at all. Had to reheat everything when we got home. Shakes were excellent. $40 for 3 meals is pretty steep for food that seemed to be sitting around past it’s prime. Hopefully the quality the food will improve with more training and better management. We’ve been going to the Daniels Road location for years, and I can’t remember ever having a bad experience like this.

Awesome customer service, everyone is so nice and caring! Food was amazing like always, and tasted fresh like it was out of the oven. I usually don’t do reviews but I felt like I just had to! One of the best customer service business in all of Hamlin fast food stores.

We are so excited for this opening! We went here and it was a little busy but not too busy, the drive thru line moved efficiently (well organized) and the staff was friendly and respectful! When we got to the window our food wasn’t ready so they had us pull up so we didn’t hold up the line (which is the smart thing to do), we did have to wait a bit for the food to come out, but the staff did check on us and assured us the food was coming and were apologetic for the wait. Great job to the staff! I’m sure opening a new location isn’t easy and they are handling it wonderfully.

Food is good, but I only recommend coming here if you have time to spare. I mobile ordered and sat in the line for over 10 minutes in the afternoon, came at 4:29 and left at 4:42. Only thing I mobile ordered was a side salad.

It was opening day, but the fries tasted as if they were undercooked and missing salt… the chicken didn’t taste right either! I talked to two other friends who went at different times that day as well… they said the SAME…Fries tasted undercooked and salt/ seasoning just not there. I was really disappointed!!!

Sometimes a soft opening is a terrible experience. We have had a lot of those around here lately and it’s always hit or miss. This was a wonderful experience! It may take a little longer than other locations to get your food right now but the foot itself is still really tasty!!! So excited for chick fil a in Hamlin!!!

I love Chick-fil-A… that’s probably why at any given time I’ll have $100+ already loaded on my in-app giftcard balance. I was very excited that Hamlin area now has a location but it’s a new location with a lot of very young in age employees. As a business owner, I compelling understand the challenges that come with finding and keeping the “Right” help. I rated this location a 3 because the experience I receive is so Up and Down…. sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes exceptional, and sometimes horrific. Overall I’m not sure how the experience will turn out and I understand the contributing factors. I recommend providing a more thorough, hands-on, and in-depth training for the younger employees. It’s very often evident that they haven’t experienced enough of life nor had sufficient training to properly provide a professional and efficient level of customer service and/or conflict resolution.

Maybe I am a little old-fashioned, but I appreciate it when a human being takes my order. The food at Chick-fil-A is delicious, and I love the values that the company stands on. It’s no wonder that Chick-fil-A is the fastest growing fast-food chain in the nation. I am so glad to have one in Hamlin. I enjoy their breakfast and lunch/dinner menu.
