We are heading to Tennessee for a funeral and stopped for breakfast to go. This store was super busy and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. Food was spot on just like we asked and the restrooms were clean. The staff were fabulous, being so busy they worked seamlessly together and very friendly. Thank you for a great stop.

I sitting in the drive thru to get a chicken biscuit until 10:32am, (one person working). She flips the sign and says, we are now serving lunch. Way to go down Chick-fil-A. Went inside and got the same answer. They should monitor the drive-thru more closely.

Went to this location today….before we ordered… I watched the manager Amber put fries on trays and the fries didn’t appear fresh… so after we ordered, I asked the cashier if we could get our fries cooked to order….. he replied “yes” I then see the same manager put the fries sitting up there in our bag…. I said “we wanted our fries cooked to order” “she replied oh we don’t do that here… we dont make fresh fries….. the fries only sit up there 2 1/2 minutes and we throw them out!” That’s a lie! I been standing in line and you been pulling from all those fries that are sitting up there and giving them to people….. I asked for a different manager and she explained that basically you get what we give you even if they are not up to part. Okay! Got it! I said the fries seem hot so I’m going to keep them…. get to the car and the fries are a hot soggy mess! Had to take them back…. called the same manager over there and explained to her this is why I asked for them cooked to order, not trying to be funny but I have experienced this before! She went on to tell the other girl to get me some fries and she still pulled them from the same batch! The manager Amber was rude and cocky! She made sure she showed me the number to complain….

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Aside from the fact that they never gift the correct amount of sauces requested, today showed me I will not be back. I ordered chicken minis like I always do through doordash and they were HARD AS A ROCK. I couldn’t even eat the bread. Only the chicken. This is the only location that has these problems so maybe its the employees or something.
