It’s a Chick-fil-A in a hospital, so don’t expect anything other than that. Usually pretty busy round lunch, but they move the line fast. Also, this location doesn’t do the reward program or any app stuff. Plus, I think it’s a limited menu, but fair prices though.

I ordered Unsweet tea. They gave me sweet. I gave it back to her. She threw it on sink and gave me another. It was sweet. I asked her to taste it. She said it was a little sweet but came out of Unsweet container and gave it back to me. Maybe she needs a little training.

A makeshift Chick Fila that does not honor the app or has a full menu. The employees seem to always be checking their personal phones or be in the back inaccessible to customers. They are not the quickest location either. I tend to stop by as a last resort.

This is unlike any chick FIL a I have ever been to. I spent my entire 30 min lunch waiting for my order. I was ten late for work…. No apology when I got the food. I was told they had to cook more nuggets and gave my order to another customer! I asked for a refund bc I couldn’t wait any longer and they looked at me like I was crazy. I’m a patient person but wow, 30 min to wait on fast food is ridiculous. I won’t be back. Management needs to shake things up and figure out where the inefficiencies are. Plenty of folks working but not a lot of moving to get customers taken care of. Very disappointed and not the chick FIL a way.

Low rating BC they are never making the frosted coffee’s! I have ordered 6 times and got only 2. The other times the machine was working, but they said they simply weren’t making them at the time. If you’re not gonna make them regularly then maybe you need to take them off the menu. It’s very disappointing BC they are so good!

First off, thank you for serving food. I don’t want this location to close. That being said, in no kind of way is this a “Chick-fil-A “ experience. The workers are rude. I asked for buffalo sauce for my salad instead of dressing. I was given apple cider vinaigrette. I was friendly in asking if I could swap it (before leaving counter, I could see it wasn’t what I ordered). The worker stated “that’s what you ordered”. huh? Extremely rude. But again I am appreciative of food while staying with my family member in the hospital. The food was not awful but truly just food. Please don’t close but clean up the store and the rotten attitudes of the employees.
