The Madison location on Hwy 72 is my favorite in North Alabama. The staff seem to want to work there, although they are always busy, my order is accurate and I love the reward program. On top of the every day rewards/points you earn when eating there, they always seem to have other programs or ways to give back with free food items. I have attend the free bingo with Mr Steve at the old location, which I really enjoyed, but haven’t had the time since the relocation. They are very active on their Facebook page and seem to be invested in the local area. I truly recommend this location but the food is also very good.

The cut backs are really showing in the quality of your food. I stopped coming here for over a month and decided to try it again and I got this as an 8 count nugget meal. Ridiculous to spend my money to get this. If my picture doesn’t show up, visualize 6 little pieces of crust-like objects that take up only half of the box.

This has to be the absolute best Chick-fil-A on the planet! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I stopped in at lunch and the restaurant was slammed. Even with nearly every seat full and a fast moving line around the building the restaurant was very clean. The food was hot, and of course, very tasty. I will definitely eat here again and so should you.

It’s always nice that you can go by and get you a nice sandwich done well. I order of 12 nuggets done well. A nice sweet tea with lemon extra lemon. It’s not hard to please customers that just want their chicken just done a little bit better in a little bit longer that way it’s a little crispier tastes better. It’s not done just a certain way but it’s what the customer wants. Plus it tastes just a little bit better when it’s crunchy. Now if they just put mayonnaise on the sandwich it would be even better. But no that’s just me. You really want to go overboard just go ahead and get you a tall chocolate shake.

Spoke with Matthew a manager at your location concerning undercooked fries I received with my meal. I told the manager I was on my way to the facility to get the issue corrected. He advised me that since it’s a door dash order that it’s out of the stores hands. It’s literally UNDERCOOKED FRIES. Really upset because my money is wasted. My lunch is ruined for the day. I’m a very busy person. I don’t have time for this. I hope someone with some customer service will reach out to me to correct my issue.

I avoided this store for 3 years because they consistently handed me bad food; lukewarm/cold and dry. I drove to Wynn Dr even though I live off Hughes Rd in Madison. I was in a hurry the other day and just decided to try it one more time. MISTAKE! Not only did I sit in the “supposed fast lane”, mobile thru, watching the drive thru line move faster, when I received my order, it was: dry, old and two of the pieces were almost completely breading. No way was I going back through that line again to complain. Wont be back.

Clift Farm location has definitely improved since adding the mobile drive thru option. Staff are always friendly and quick to fix any issues with our orders. Still one of the longer waits for carryout, but understandable given the sheer volume of customers.

Chick-fil-A is usually an awesome place to eat. This place was very busy that day. But we had to wait for our food for over 25 minutes. Not typical for this chain of restaurants. We had two adults and one child. There were many larger groups of people come in 10-15 minutes after we ordered our food that got their food, ate, and left before we got our food.

CHECK YOUR FRIES AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM. This location obviously does not care at all about their customers since we have been complaining for 6+ months. Fries are constantly UNDERFILLED, soggy, burnt, and full of crumbs. Having worked at the CFA on whitesburg, this location is a joke. Messaging this location’s facebook also is a dead end as they leave all complaints on read with no replies. Go to the university dr one instead.
