I am not sure why the Chickfila’s in Huntsville are the worst I’ve been to, but there is an obvious difference. It is significantly slower, the quality is poor and the order isnt right as often. I got a sandwich today, the box was wet it was soggy which has never happened to me at a Chickfila.

When you have to be out on a rainy day, why not pick up some Chick-fil-A chicken tortilla soup! The only issue I had was it was way too spicy. This has been the issue every time I get this. It’s my favorite dish at Chick-fil-A, and I always get it in hopes it won’t be too spicy, but recently it’s just been way over the top for a fast food place. The flavors are still amazing! My son and I ordered shakes to eat inside. We waited 20 minutes before asking about our order. Apparently, dine in orders don’t matter. The only people getting their orders were drive thru and door dash. Chick-fil-a has dropped in service like every other restaurant.

The guy who was going to take our order literally wanted us to go over a curb or hit another car just to be able to take our order. It’s impossible to do a 90 degree turn in a drive-through line then proceeded to talk about us to his coworkers like 7ft in front of us. Could have waited for us to be at least out of sight before talking smack, like any other person would do ‍♀️ Food was good as usual so there’s that at least Any Chick-Fil-A in the area is better than this one though

I love me some Chick-fil-A and this location did not disappoint. The organization of the line is on point. I love that a physical person is there to take my order to keep down wait time. The food is always delicious. The service is always a TEN! The parking lot is always clean. The fact that this location is easily accessible and tempting makes it worth it to stop and grab a bite.
