Driving through eufaula and stopped to get breakfast, I ordered 2 chicken burritos 1 chicken bowl, and a med fruit cup no apples. The oil is old and you can taste it in the chicken, the portions for my chicken bowl were very skimpy, and I’m literally missing half of my med fruit cup. I picked chick fil a because it was a safe option, I guess just not here. If I want quality food from chick fil a I’ll just stick to the one I work at. I gave 2 stars because the girl taking my order did a great job.

I’m very disappointed with this location. Since I only travel to Eufaula once a month, I missed the expiration date for a free chicken sandwich. When I called to see if they would still give me a complimentary sandwich, the manager on duty, Riley, would not extend the courtesy. I actually visited the restaurant and Daniel Pulley was there so I asked to speak to him. He only added to the disappointment. I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and this one by far does not live up to excellent customer service (CS) usually demonstrated. I really thought providing top teir CS was paramount for Chick-fil-A restaurants. Who knew that *one* complimentary chicken sandwich (not even a meal) would be considered such a burden.

We are huge Chic-fil-a fans. This location could use some help. The staff seemed a bit under trained compared to usual Chick-fil-a service. The nuggets were either over cooked or the oil needed to be changed a few cycles earlier. Our orders are usually correct at other locations, but a couple of things were left out here.

This Chick-fil-A experience wasn’t great. Went through the drive thru. Something was wrong with the credit card reader of our cashieer so we sat for a while waiting for someone else to help us. They didn’t give us some of our condiments so had to go inside for them. Didn’t have kids flexible straws. The workers did not seem very attentive….some were standing around having personal conversations. Strange. Overall needs work.

Bad experience! Took almost 45 minutes to get through the drive-through from start to finish. This part of our order which was a 12 piece nugget. Even though we had waited for over 45 minutes they still charged us for the miss order. They also did not include any straws and the bun was probably several days old. They had three people standing outside and only one really doing any work.

Drive thru was slow. Mac and cheese did not taste done.y don always orders avocado lime ranch with his nuggets. When we checked the bag it wasn’t in it so we asked for it and the girl told us unless we had a salad or wrap we couldn’t have it. I offered to pay for it and she said they couldn’t sell it either. This was not disclosed to us at the drive thru when we ordered. I don’t know if this is a real rule or not because we frequent Chick-fil-A all over and have never had this issue.

We love chick-fil-A, and this is the WORST one EVER that we have ever experienced. We waited over 30mins for our food. The ONLY reason why we waited is because this one was the closest one on the way to our destination. Save your money and go somewhere else. We were here 4/7/23. Order our food at 8:59:28am and it’s 9:31am NEVER COMING BACK TO THESE LAZY FOLKS. You guys need better workers!!!!
