The food was good but goodness the sheer volume of people and the chaos of ordering is enough to make even the most calm person anxious. The staff does everything they can to manage the flow of customers but I’d recommend affording yourself 15-25 minutes to get through the line during peak hours

Not a big fan of this new location. The guy that took my order was very polite and friendly but I moved up and waited for my food about 10 minutes with no “Hello” or “We are preparing your order and will be right with you.” They come out of that sliding glass door and now as if they do not want or need to interact with you. She just walked and asked if I was Robin and handed everything to me. No “Thank you” or “Sorry for the wait”. I’ll continue going to east chase where the service is better.

This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A’s in the entire state. Having said that, their service is fast and efficient. Their line often looks long, but moves relatively fast. I removed one star for their parking lot. It is very tight and not the best location to park and go in or park to check your drive-thru order.

So disappointing this morning to do a drive through order.. place an almost $30 order to not be able to have a straw to drink my drink with… no hotsauce with what i asked for with my burrito and no grape jelly with what i asked for with my chicken minis which was all included ordering the app. Ughh just wished they had put everything in my bag that was on the order. Slow down to make it right and i didnt have time to come back to get my items after making it to work
