I have a few issues. Their biscuits don’t seem fully cooked. Rarely are the tops browned. Seriously One star for biscuits Drive-thru lane is always a gamble and ordering conversations seems to go on forever. One star for the drive thru. Excessive ice in fountain drinks. This unethical practice, is actually against laws in other countries. You wouldn’t think chick fillet would stoop as low. But, the people are great and I have no doubt that I’m getting quality food.

This chic-fil-a is just going downhill! I always go through the drive thru, so maybe for you people that go inside it could be better. They have been forgetting to put silverware in our bag, or they dont give us the right amount of nuggets (I’m not talking about 1 or 2 nuggies missing either), and they always mess up my order!!
