Eating after 5:00 is not something I like doing, but I was returning home after a long day driving on the road, and stopped in. I got the yogurt with granola, and I added honey to that. Today I went to Chick-fil-A bc I wanted a grilled chicken club sandwich with no tomatoes and a kale salad. The person taking my order thought l want a regular sandwich with no pickles plus the club sandwich with the kale salad. Honest mistake no big deal but made the corrections and everything was fine at least I thought. When I got my food I got a regular chicken sandwich with no pickles not the grilled chicken club I wanted and the kale salad. I was charged for the correct order but got the wrong sandwich.

UPDATE NO 2. I dont know why i keep going here. I guess i am hoping mybe one day they will get it right. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that screws orders up this badly. I have been going to this one for a little over 2 years now and only twice they have gotten my order correct. When i say this i mean sauces and food, fixing my drink with lite ice. The staff is polite but they seem to want to play when they need to be working. I am all for having fun a work, but pay attention while you are doing your job. Update, went again 5-10-2023, ordered 3 salads with grilled chicken. None of the chicken was cut. We didn’t get all of the dressings that we ordered and some of the lettuce was brown and nasty. Service was quick and staff polite.
