I have come here often for years and the drive through has been a major issue forever. I would highly recommend not coming for breakfast any day because you will wait outside for a minimum of 30 minutes even if there’s only a couple people in line of you. I always figured it would get better and it just hasn’t. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what but this morning there are 10 cars out here and 1 woman running pick up and drive through. Because of this even when you do get your food it’s cold! We’ve seen more people leave than get their food, which I have been in this position before where i had to leave $40 worth of food because after 30 minutes of waiting i couldn’t be any later for work. So unfortunately this is not a unique experience. Just go to Tigertown – the service is much better even with higher traffic.

Very friendly. It’s in a mall (Auburn Mall) and the counter is behind a roped off area with orders brought to you away from the counter. I get it, it’s covid panic stuff. BUT, orders are taken/money exchanged outside the barrier, which is fine. But the apparently 12 year old child taking orders and making change shouldn’t be wiping his nose with his hands. Just because you aren’t touching food you think it’s OK to not wash your hands before interacting with customers? That one action negates the entire ‘safety’ aspect of the situation. I won’t go back.

I absolutely adore Chick-fil-A and usually I go to the TigerTown one. But they’ve been closed and I’ve had to use the mall one. I ordered a fresh market salad and got a ton of lettuce with 3 blueberries, no strawberries and a minimal amount of blue cheese. I’m so disappointed, I had to add my own fruit to my salad. I’ll still be ordering from here but not my salad. Can’t wait for the TigerTown Chick-fil-A to reopen!!!

I really liked this place this Chick-fil-A is in a mall and is always busy so nice and caring for the customers never rushing or being rude the food was amazing also they gave me the ice cream like 5 minutes before the food I was very happy too eat the ice cream then eat my food by the time I was done definitely the best food place in the mall

By far the slowest of the 3 locations in the area. There’s 1-2 staff members that are in charge of walking 100 yards in and out of the mall to a sea of cars waiting in the drive thru.
