First thing you notice upon arrival is the complication of parking and drive-thru. As for many of this chain, it is probably similar at all locations. But this is by far the worse design. I don’t like their drive-thru so I have to find a parking, limited, and drive in a huge circle to leave. If u exit at a certain exit, u are stuck at a stop sign that is nearly impossible to merge onto traffic . Good luck. Food was good.

The overall experience was fine when I was late to pick up my food and someone called me to let me know as I explained I was @ Walmart. Over the phone he was very polite and exceptionally good. It was when the girl gave me my food w/ no care in the world when I said.. I didn’t want cheese on my food. She literally ignores me and I just said you know what.. I’ll just pick it off as she stands there looking and agrees. What’s a shame is chic fil a is notable for customer service satisfaction. The shame part for me is.. coming back to Clarksville thinking this is another city I don’t like that I would expect this from.

This is super disappointing bc I have never had bad chic fil a. We came through at 1130 for lunch, I am convinced we were served the morning food that was in the warmer for hours! The nuggets were hard( I have never had it happen!) the chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh and was soggy breading . It was insane. The quality of food was just shocking! Hopefully this helps the management I force time to keep food and throw it out. My kids got stomach aches after and tummy issues after! Supposed and shocked is an understatement.

Slowest chick fil a I’ve ever visited. It takes over 3 min to service a vehicle in the drive thru window. This is after waiting in line well over 40 min. I would’ve gotten out and went inside, but there are about 15 total parking spots for this place.

I love the accessibility of using the mobile app to order on the go. I don’t normally order the tenders, but they were SOOO much better. The freshness and slight crunchiness of the deep-fried batter on the all-white meat chicken complimented with the Polynesian sauce. The parking lot can get a bit congested during rush hours being that its off interstate 24. Plenty of amenities in the vicinity and a pleasant experience.
