The Hermitage location always has ridiculously friendly people and the food is always hot and fresh. Easy and fast to order in the app and get bonus freebies from time to time. Simple choice for folks with Alpha-gal allergies since there’s not a high chance of cross contamination with meat other than maybe bacon and some dairy products. I really really want a plush cow kids toy .

Clean restaurant, super friendly and attentive staff, hot delicious food. It’s ALWAYS busy here, but they are pros! Every staff member smiles and is helpful. Management wiping down tables, asking how my meal and day are, fetching me drink refills. Higher priced dine in establishments could learn a thing or two from this place!

It is never a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. That being said, even with all the employees in there they couldnt keep up with the crowd. The parking is a nightmare and you have to be on your toes so you don’t get run over walking around from the back and into the building. Love their food and high quality customer service is still alive at Chick-fil-A!!
