He’s polite and always has a smile on his face. I look forward to seeing him everytime i come. I’m an older lady in my 30s and it makes me proud to know there are good kids like him in this world. There is something to be said about about a fast food restaurant that doesn’t act like a fast food restaurant. Their customer service is top notch compared to any restaurant. Read you can definitely tell trayning and inconsistency and kindness are part of the daily routine. Food is always prepared excellent. This particular location for a long time was difficult to get in-and-out of but they remodeled and revamped their entire drive-through system and I have to say it is incredible. The volume of people that they push through and a speedy level with the quality and service level is truly impressive.

The associates are always friendly and they like to pet and talk to my dog;) They also make certain he gets his Pup Cup! It sure makes the entire visit fun! This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I am always happy after my visit! I like the #1 Meal on a Wheat Bun with 2 packs of bbq sauce for my waffle fries. Today, I had my favorite seasonal shake the Peppermint Shake! They had a large group come in when we arrived. The moved the crowed well, but a line for bathrooms, and hard to fine place to park. The location does not have great parking. Had a wrap and the writ was dry and fell apart.

Chicken nuggets had a scorch burnt taste. Honestly can’t believe this even happen with Chick-fil-A. Was traveling through and stopped off the highway to grab a bite. Once back headed away started snacking and immediately noticed something was terribly wrong. Called the location and the issue was resolved without hesitation.

I love Chick-fil-A but their becoming like some of the other fast food places check your bag before you leave lately the chicken is overcooked or undercooked, drink are carbonated water, order LG fries receive Med. My favorite restaurant is now turning into one of my worst restaurants. Keep going back because I love the professional service but I might have to back up for a while.
