Came through this locations drive through today around 1:00 P.M. They were busy with two full lines. Four people taking orders. They were bouncing around trying to take the orders in the order the vehicles pull up, so it seemed. I had my window down ready to place my order. The CF employee taking the order from the customer in front of me, walked past me and started taking the order from the customer behind me. The other two working the same line walked right past me and I even asked if someone was going to take my order or just ignore me. My order wasn’t taken until I make it to the guy that confirms the name and order after you’ve paid. I even voiced my concerns about it but it was just swept under the rug. This was just an overall horrible experience today on top of the previous less than desirable experiences in the past few weeks. I think today however just rubbed me the wrong way and I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I can’t and will not spend another dime with CF.

I usually order ahead in the app so my food will be ready when I arrive. However, on 3 of my last 4 visits, I have been forced to drive around to the front of the store, turn on my hazard lights, and wait for my order, even if I order 10-20 minutes ahead of time!

They are always on time delivery. The order is correct. The spicy chicken sandwich Felix, waffle fries & sweet tea are the best. Add a chocolate chip cookie makes the perfect ending to my meal. Disappointed the driver did not take a picture & text me at the front door. I appreciate the extra effort from other drivers. Perhaps next time.

First time at Chick-fil-A. It was close to noon, and the place was packed. I thought it would take forever for our food, but it took only about 5 minutes. I was amazed. We ordered two original deluxe chicken sandwiches and a large fry. Delicious! A must try and don’t worry about how busy they look.

This Chic-fil-a has incredible service. The drive through is always moving and the same can be said of the counter line. We ordered using the app and checked in at a table and our food (for a group of 6) was out in just 5-10 minutes. Everything was clean including the bathroom where everything is hands free, even the door door is one of those that doesn’t need to be gripped to open. Super clean, super fast, and the food was great like always at a Chic-fil-a.

They can’t seem to handle the volume. Gave them a second chance after a couple times they have either sent me to park and wait after the drive through couldn’t prepare orders in time. Then they kept leaving stuff out like napkins etc. This last time i was waiting for 20 mins in the parking lot with food getting cold while they “prepared” the milkshakes.

I had just experienced rude customer service at Sonic across the street and was so glad to leave and make my way to Chick-fil-a. I was only going there for the really big cup of ice and had an online order to pick up at Chick-fil-A. The young lady who checked me in and the nice lady at drive-thru were so friendly it made up for the bad customer service that I had just experienced. And it reminded me why I love stopping by Chick-fil-A to eat when I’m on the run. Not just fresh, hot and great tasty food, but the best customer service experience that you truly receive on the run. And can’t be compared to the fast food restaurants at ALL!

The food was delicious as per usual, but the service and cleanliness were the complete opposite. The two people taking orders were busting their tail, while the lamer of the employees were too busy taking selfies and standing around while multiple customers needed assistance. I know this place is busy so I would understand if all the employees were being team players, but unfortunately that was not the case. The ones that were doing their job were rude. But I guess if I was 1 out of 3 people doing my job, I’d be in an unpleasant mood too.

Lowering the bar for Chick-fil-A … Consistently forget sauces, utensils, straws, and occasionally mess up orders which is why I order only through the app now. Fries are usually squishy and lukewarm at best which I don’t understand because they seem to stay busy. I wish they would be as good as west Knox locations.
