I never thought that I would review a Chick-fil-A, but after stopping here on a road trip I decided it was definitely reveiw worthy. First of all this place is huge! There is tons of seating inside. We stopped there at noon and had no trouble finding a place to sit. There are definitely tables for larger groups. The drive-thru lines were so long, but they were definitely handling the line like pros. The service at the counter was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly and it was hot. I have to note I ordered the original chicken sandwich and the chicken filet was huge. I don’t know if that is the norm, there, but it definitely isn’t the norm at our Chick Fil-A’s in Arkansas. Nerd Alert- I loved the trash can and took a picture. You walk up to it and it has a motion detector and it opens up for you to throw your trash. So definitely, if you are on a road trip this is the place to stop. I am sure that everyone in this town, knows that this is an awesome place. FYI – The bathrooms were clean.

I ordered from here a couple of times most interactions with the employees were wonderful especially an employee Grayson he was very nice and considerate. However, I did not an appreciate one person in particular her name was Dee Dee Wolfe. Avoid her at all costs she was very rude to my 8 year old and husband we felt very disrespected! That lady had no manners and did not fit the companies motto. Other than that I haven’t had bad experiences just watch out for that lady. Food was great though.

Quick detour for carry out order to eat as we continue on a very long drive. Service was good and place was clean, BUT nuggets were very salty and the fries were too salty to even eat. Not a typical Chick-fil-A experience. Wasted food, money and gas.

Mobile ordering and curbside pickup worked for me. Wait time at curbside was about 15minutes. Order was correct. Greeted by name by employee. I ordered the fried chick filet sandwich fruit cup and lemonade. Everything was good with the exception of the the crispy outside of the chicken had a slight burned taste but edible the bun was soft and fresh I will visit again since it was my first time at this location and try other items. I would recommend this place to dine at.

First time in 20 years of being a patron of ChicFilA that I’ve had an employee roll their eyes at me. It was over a request that we make at every Chicfila across the contiguous 48 states that we’ve visited and never have an issue. After requesting the manager, I understood where the employees’ gumption came from. The manager on duty was unnecessarily unaccomadating. Almost like she took pride in denying such a moderate, almost insignificant request for empty nugget box. The whole experience just wasn’t very chicfila-ish. The young lady who took our order was phenomenal, though.

I love Chick fil a because of their food and service. In my experience, typically inside the restaurant you get asked 5-10 times if you need anything…refills, etc. on multiple occasions I have stood at the counter wanting a refill and multiple workers (and managers) don’t even look my direction. I’ve stood 5-10 minutes to get a refill. This is definitely not typical for Chick fil a but it seems like the customer service just isn’t what it is at other Chick Fil A locations. It’s not horrible but it’s just not to the level you come to expect here. With that said…we’ll be back for more Chicken.
