Compare to the other locations They could work on their food quality, I ordered south west salad and grilled nuggets , nuggets where a bit cold and it was missing the side toppings for salad as well. But I will give them 5 stars for their great customer service and happy faces employees.

Like no other ‘fast food’ restaurant in the United States of America… That’s because every franchise/location I’ve visited just ‘blows me away’ in every aspect of food service; not one mediocre experience ever. Always beyond delicious food and personnel that exude a Christian Spirit… I know once I expected someone to yell John (first dine in experience) while I was waiting for my order at a table with the grandsons; server asked if I was John when he placed our order on our table… Did I mention that the food is beyond delicious? I could go on and on… 10 STARS !

They informed that I could not get my fries well done which was very upsetting because they like to serve their undercooked and soggy. Other chains like Jaggers make their fries crispy upon request. Very upsetting!! Don’t know if I want to come back if I have to keep eating soggy fries.
