I want to like Chick-fil-A but as I was sitting there waiting for my grilled chicken I was watching people and a lady quickly took a bag and walked away without them calling any names. A minute later she comes back and sits it on the counter and tells them she didn’t think it is her’s. They looked at the receipt on the bag and then called my name and then I went up there and they were going to try to give me the same bag of food. Probably nothing happened but why would you give somebody their food that somebody else already handled? Of course I felt very embarrassed cuz I had to say it right in front of the lady that I am not going to take food that somebody else took off with and may have handled. The customer lady probably should have listened for her name rather than just grabbing a bag but I don’t think she meant anything by it. Also employees should check receipts because they give you the receipt and they put one on the side of the bag so that they can match them up. That way people don’t steal others food like this. Like I said this customer lady I don’t think did this on purpose but I have no idea what she did with it when she walked out

For the first time ever my chicken sandwich tasted like old grease so bad I couldn’t eat it so I took it to the counter to get the money back for just the sandwich (didn’t mind paying for my drink and fries) it’s a $5 sandwich that was inedible. The manager on duty literally looked and said what am I supposed to do?! Are you kidding me you can give my money back! Which they didn’t I stood there for 5 mins while being ignored. I am flabbergasted at the way I was treated today and in a Chick-fil-A of all places and I never complain ever

Not impressed . This place has always been a go to for my family. Maybe they are just tired of taking care of people during a pandemic. I have always loved the fries, and my wife loves the chicken, but the service keeps us coming back. Without the service they will be just like everyone else.
