This Chick-fil-A Express is anything but express. There is always a crazy wait for food and my order is consistently wrong. If you aren’t ordering fries and chicken it’s not going to be right. Today I subbed the fried chicken for the spicy grilled filet on my Cobb. That was correct. But they left off the egg and I hardly got any salad or chicken at all. This was after waiting 20 minutes. I am continually disappointed and don’t receive this service or food from any other Chick-fil-A location.

We went on 4 July itself there was a lot of line for customer service, and few people working, there was a car show activity, they would have prepared, too many people requesting food, the workers did everything possible to satisfy the customer, but it was impossible. I love Chick-fil-A but I’m always disappointed. This is an express without a drive thru and with a limited menu but what they’ve lacked on the menu they’ve made up for with the convenience of online ordering and curbside pickup. With that being said, they no longer offer online ordering, curbside pickup, and depending on the day you have to wait for someone to get your drink and even your ketchup packets. I now wait longer for a Diet Pepsi than I do my food and leave frustrated.

Chic fil a is consistently a good experience. It is on of the few places that has almost no problems with staff, is fairly clean most of the time, and food is made with quality unlike other fast food restaurants in town. A fairly large issue for the local populace is the fact that this establishment is an “Express” location. This means that a full menu is not served, there is no drive through, and gift cards are not accepted. In short, what little of the menu is served and made well, but the inconvenience of going there may turn away some potential customers looking for a quick meal.

The food was good and customer service was good. However on a college campus when young adults are climbing over seats and tables there needs to be some sort of control. When I confronted the student about climbing over the booth the parents were just as bad as the child and said that was ok for him to do and I was told not to try and parent their child. So when someone gets hurt or the place gets a lawsuit for an injury then the only thing that can be blamed is the lack of parenting, and the lack of supervision in a public restaurant.

This Chick-fil-A is part of the Campbellsville University. The food is always good and I like the school atmosphere. Most of the staff are University students. Everyone is friendly and polite. Sometimes it’s very crowded during peak hours, it’s good to get there either before or after lunch and dinner.

Most inefficient Chick-fil-A. By the time you pay for your food you had already waited in 3 different lines. They will not let you pay for the food before you get it even if there is no one in line. The selection is sparse to say the least.
