Well, believe it or not, this is the first time that we have gone into a Chick-fil-A for a meal. I was first impressed with the level of customer service. Mo at the counter was very personable and helpful. We each got the original Chick-fil-A sandwich meal with a side salad. I personally feel there’s only so much you can say about a chicken sandwich, but Chick-fil-A is probably at the top of the heap. I do like the fact that it was not a lot of batter just a thin coat of flavorful batter, hot and tender. The side salad was very good for a fast food, side salad. It was fresh and a nice additive that I show in the photo. I like to eat healthy and so I added some fruit in the way of a peach milkshake. It was delicious. And as an added bonus, I was surprised to see that Chick-fil-A has an indoor playground for kids!

Fast, friendly and fresh – like all Chick-fil-As. This location appeared to be getting a lot more customers than planned when I was there in between the normal lunch and dinner rushes. The tables in the dining room needed some attention, but everyone was receiving their food quickly. The woman who took my order was very new, and she did an excellent job handling a big rush of customers. By the time I left things had slowed down enough that they were able to send someone out to wipe down the tables in the dining room. I was impressed to see that they were using disinfectant wipes on the tables. My food was delicious.

This girls hair is litterly on the counter and everywhere, how do they not make her pull her hair back? So not only is her fake hair dragging the floor she is constantly touching it, and the food! This is one of the worst experiencesi have had!!!!

Chick -fil-A, the popular restaurant. Well this time I thought my 12 piece of nuggets was over seasoned with too much salt. Normally they are great. I think the cooks left or right hand got away when sprinkling the season. I did purchase my favorite sauce the Polynesian, really yummy! The lines moved really fast.

So I’m not a fan of this restaurant. But I’m here visiting a friend and he absolutely loves their breakfast! So I’ve had the sausage, egg & hash browns bowl a couple times. It’s delicious but not a huge amount.

The customer service was 100% quality!!! Kale salad was tasty. Love that they offer kale as a substitute for fries! Tea/ Lemonade (Arnold Palmer) was ! A suggestion from the cashier. He was quality.

This place is just off the chain!! The drive-thru workers are very friendly and will even carry a conversation while I wait for the cars to move forward. That chick-fil- A dipping sauce is the best of any sauce that I have had. You really should try it. I’m hooked. Now if they would only build one in Gahanna.

Line was around the building for the drive thru so went inside to grab 2 strawberry milkshakes. I was in and out of there in less than 10mins and they were extremely busy outside. Inside there were only 2 other customers. So take the time to get out of your car and you’ll save time sitting in the line for the drive thru.
