Ordered on Uber eats and my order came in crazy fast considering how busy they were and my Uber delivery guy Alejandro was a step above top notch. All I was hoping for was a chicken sandwich, I didn’t expect it to get delivered by a gentleman so polite and well dressed that I thought he was on his way to a 6 figure job interview. I love Chickfila, this location has the same good food and the fries are always fresh. However I have had various interactions at this location where the employees were not very nice, and even worse where my food was incorrect. In my last 5 visits they messed up my sandwich or forgot a fry 4 times. Pretty rough track record.

I made a catering order online, because you can’t make one on the phone or in person, and I could not get ahold of anyone to confirm the delivery time and date. This was a very important event my company had, and I couldn’t get a live person. The phone number listed only give you the option to leave a message or a review of your great experience. This was very frustrating because if I wanted to talk to a person. Not automated machine. I probably won’t order their catering again. Not if its going the way of Amazon.

I may not agree with their politics, but I can’t be a hypocrite and not allow other people to have their own beliefs. Let’s face it…dang their good! I have never been unhappy with an order, and even when that drive-thru line looks insane… you don’t actually end up waiting very long at all. On our last visit, there was a tornado warning for Lucas County while we were in line(had no idea at the time ). I joked with the employee outside waiting on us & yelled, “You guys should probably seek shelter!” He replied with, “No Miss we’re fine. We’re Chick-fil-A employees.” Not surprised they are America’s fave food chain for 8yrs in a row now.
