This is like the 5th time this has happened to me. I ordered two chicken egg and cheese biscuits on door dash and sandwiches show up with no chicken. Door dash only offers to refund me the price of sandwiches and not delivery/service fees. At a minimum when a restaurant drops the ball and messes up your order you should have the option of getting the correct item redelivered at no extra cost except an additional tip. I will not be ordering again from this restaurant. How clueless can someone be… a chicken sandwich with no chicken?

It only happens at breakfast time. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at the Parma location. They make the customers sit in line well before breakfast is over just to finally have employees come out, flip the menu over and say breakfast is over. Leaving all of the waiting patrons upset because we all came for breakfast. When all they have to do is have an employee outside to insure all waiting in line before breakfast is over order is taken. I expect better for an establishment that prides themselves with excellent quality service.

Staff was very friendly and saying “my pleasure”, which I haven’t heard them say in awhile. Also, all the teenagers at the drive thru were smiling and seemed happy to serve me. This location hasn’t always had the customer service that I expect from Chick-fil-A, but they did an excellent job this time! Order was correct (which they have failed on this a few times as well.) The drive thru line was long and moved slowly but the correct order, fresh waffle fries and great customer service will always make up for a long wait. I wonder if they are under new management?

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!! I accidentally placed a mobile order from this store and they would not let me cancel it or give me my money back!!!! I had to report it as fraud to my credit card to get my money back for the food that I never even picked up. Otherwise they were gonna try to charge me for something I never received.

Don’t order Chick-fil-A through DoorDash!! The last 5 times we ordered through DoorDash and didn’t get all of our food, over cooked and no sauce. Items are listed on the bag but not in the bag. We get better service at the restaurant. We call and get not answer. We leave a bad review over automated machine and no response. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!

The past couple of times i’ve come to this chick fil a, a few pieces of my chicken would always have some fat or something in it but this time was completely unacceptable. i got a twelve count and almost every single piece was pink and has black spots in it. most definitely the chicken needs to be checked before and after it’s cooked and the temp should be checked on the chicken to ensure it’s cooked fully.

I order from chick-fil-a a LOT! 9/10 times the food is fantastic. Last time though, the macaroni and cheese was very dry, and as pictured below, this is how the restaurant gave the doordash driver my large Coke. It was only slightly above half full. Other than the food being a little on the dryer side sometimes, and this incident with the Coke, I still love chick-fil-a and will not stop ordering from them because I’m addicted to them!
