Ordered a salad without bacon. They made it with bacon still. Brought it up to have it remade. Waiting 7-10 minutes for a remake of a salad when the store was not busy. 2nd time, salad STILL made with bacon! Got a refund. Mgr would not deal with it had employees handle it. Called Customer Care who also didn’t know their process either. Asked to a call back. They won’t call to correct their lack of customer service or ability to completer an order correctly! DO NOT RECOMMEND Brunswick location to ANYONE!

HORRIBLE service. Waited 15 min for curbside pickup and had to go inside to get it. Order was placed on app. They couldn’t find order at first. Got home, no straws for melted milkshakes, missong order of jalapenos and missing order of fruit salad. Will not be back.

I’ve been to chick fil a multiple times and multiple locations and ordered a wrap with fried chicken instead of grilled. I went to the Brunswick location today, made the same order, and was told I can’t order that. I was very disappointed, especially when I drove 15 min up the highway to Strongsville where they had no issue with this order and I was able to get my meal.

Took my children there for lunch. Was told to sit anywhere. It took 10 minutes to get menus. Another 10 to have our drink order taken. That’s 20 so far. A couple walked in, they were given menus, had drink order taken and drinks were on their table in 2 minutes. I said nothing, just took my children and left. I love small town restaurants, but this is one I wont be visiting again.

Ordered in Drive-Thru, girl who took my order was polite and efficient, however, people at the window were quite the opposite. Showed them my phone to redeem an offer I had (and handed them my card at the same time). The scanner didn’t work since I was too far from the window apparently, the girl mentions that I just have to wait for the person in front of me to pull up and it would be sorted out. Well instead of that happening they simply charged my card before I got to redeem my rewards (Including free order of fries). They hand me my receipt and tell me to redeem the points through the app, crazy to me that they couldn’t even be bothered to wait 30 seconds for the person in front of me to leave. I then mentioned that they charged me for the fries that should have been free and the girl basically just said ‘oh sorry, my bad’. Absolutely 0 attempt to give me a refund or accommodate me in any other way. Didn’t want to hold up the line or be a ‘Karen’ so I just left. At least the food was decent.

I stopped to get some goodies for my parents who are in an adult care facility. The team on duty were friendly, quick, and the food was hot and tasty. I strongly recommend the cookies and cream milkshake. My mom’s favorite!

I have done in-house and drive through. As I have aged, I have done more drive through. I love the grilled chicken enters. At breakfast I love the Egg white grill without cheese. I want to eat healthy so I eat 1/2 of the English muffin and eat it w/o cheese to lower my carbs and fat intake. Servers are great, friendly, they recognize who I am by first name.

Countless times ordering from door dash and going in person they mess up my order. Even after the first few times they would comp me the meal again it still inconvenience me when I get back to work and have to drive back because my order is messed up. I order door dash at-least three times a week and when they mess up the order door dash only wants to refund $3 for something I payed $9-10. And on top of that door dash doesn’t refund you the delivery fee and then you have to drive up and get it yourself cause they won’t send another dasher to pick up the correct order. This is absurd this is supposed to be Chick Fil A. I don’t care for the my pleasure just get my order correct! So check your food before heading home and if you got it DoorDash good luck and hopefully you get everything you ordered correctly. You would expect after multiple calls to this establishment they would get on it but they don’t care. And giving me a lettuce wrapped sandwich with the lettuce looking horrible and not even edible.
