Chick-fil-A is, in my opinion, the best fast food restaurant (if you disagree, it’s still unarguably among the elite class of restaurants). The food is delicious, the service is certainly unmatched to any other fast food restaurant. (I have never once out of many years of going to Chick-fil-A encountered an annoyed employee. Contrast that to a certain other franchise with yellow arches….) This is the kind of restaurant where you want to sit down and hang out with people, not rush away past the drive through, that is to say that it has an environment that you almost seek for in every restaurant that you go to. Essentially, if you are still reading, you should stop right now and order a chicken sandwich here.

Went today for the first time. Overall a positive experience with the lines moving super quick and great service with a smile. However, there was not enough space to social distance as there was tons of students there grabbing lunch. They had only two spots marked on the floor where those waiting for food could stand. The outdoor seating area was great with ample space, and lots more room to sit nearby on grassy areas. Another disappointment was no kids menu. Some grad students have kids you know.

They are very fast and efficient, so much to the point where it’s legitimately impressive. However, the people that work here are the rudest of any chick fil a I’ve ever been at. I get that it’s in the middle of campus so it’s super busy, but that shouldn’t mean it should be this bad, like I order here all the time, and half of the time they don’t even look me in the eye when I pick up my order. I’ve even begun tallying how often they don’t say “my pleasure” when I say thank you, and it’s nearing 50% of the time. Also there’s one manager, next time I’m gonna catch her name, who always looks miserable and never even responds when someone says thank you

Got food poisoning from the chicken that they gave me (delux menu), it was expired chicken and they just cooked it raw and served it. From 5am to 9pm I was vomitting, had diarrhea, will never visit Chick-fil-a again.

First the good parts, their sauces/dips are awesome. I like their barbecue sauce better than the others. Their delivery was super quick which is nice because I don’t want long queues just to get dinner. Also, they accept credit cards and not just the swipes, so it works for those who don’t have the swipes. The bad part is their chicken nuggets. I ordered these and I was disappointed with the quality of their nuggets. The majority of the nuggets were the batter/base and extremely less chicken.

The lines were long but move at a faster pace compared to other restaurants. As a Purdue student I can use my meal swipes or dining dollars to pay for a Chick Fil A meal instead of paying cash out of my own pocket. The spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries & a chocolate shake was so delicious I want some more.

Chick FIL A is always on top of it. The speed of their service is truly incredible, I don’t know how they do it. I can always rely on them as a quick meal before class because I know ill get the food on time. And the spicy chicken sandwich NEVER fails.
