First time trying this location 3/9. Ordered on the app at 9:45am. Hash brown egg and nugget burrito with the creamy salsa. I had some points to use as a reward , so I tried the chicken breakfast biscuit, added an egg & Colby cheese. Arrived at the restaurant within 3 minutes it was ready. There was no salsa in the bag and instead of Colby cheese they gave me pepper Jack. I addressed both issues with staff.

The absolute worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Raw food multiple times, this time was chickin minis. How do you under cook a chicken nugget? No reply when I contacted corporate. Staff are rude and the service is slow.

This is my second time visiting this particular location using the drive thru, and my second time around was a lot faster. The food was hot and good. I got the 8pc nugget with fries, and they delicious chocolate chip cookie that was also warm and yummy. I will visit this location again. I went after work around 515pm on a Thursday. Keep up the good service.

If your wallet can afford it. The Livonia location just opened. Two chicken sandwich meals cost $19.80. The tea isn’t super sweet, the breaded chicken is juicy and not too spicy, and the fries weren’t salted . (ask for condiments) Service was fast and friendly in the drive-through despite the long lines. The parking lot is still under construction, so it makes things a little tricky. Give this one a try.

The service is very fast and friendly. My first experience wasn’t the best and I only say that because of I received cold fries but I did call and to corporate and they sent me a voucher to redeem another fry. that took like 6 weeks but no worries. Other than that, my children enjoy their spicy chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. And I enjoy the waffle fries. The lemonade is a bit on the sweet side Even with ice . Still good though

I normally love Chick-fil-A, but this location is extremely slow despite not having a long line at all. I’ve never been to a slow Chick-fil-A except for this one. They have also had poor quality food a few times we’ve been there like overcooked and small chicken pieces, which has never been an issue at other locations either. Will most likely drive farther to other locations rather than going to this one again.

The food is always good here. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from Chick-fil-A, and the staff is always friendly. They actually seem like they care about their customers. And they are always fast, even when busy. I really like this place!
