We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and in both the sandwiches chickens were cold. Then I spoke to one of the ladies in the counter and she, in a very muted voice, asked me to throw the sandwich in my hand off and after about 5 minutes wait, I got one sandwich which was like usual hot and crispy. I didn’t bother asking about the other sandwich because I had a flight to catch. My point is, in an airport you charge premium for a sandwich and then serve below standard food probably because you know everyone is in hurry – that’s not a good practice. I believe Chick-fil-A should check their quality.

Best comfort food at the Dtw airport. Amazing, friendly and very courteous staff. Was served and greeted with a smile. Awesome experience because of that the food even tasted better :). Their hours of operation could be better luckily I got my food just in time before they closed. While I was sitting in the dining area so many people asked me when did they close etc.
