Normal chicken fillet. Quite busy any time of the day. Although, the drive through line seemed to move more slowly here than at other locations. I’ve visited this place in other towns and states and haven’t experienced a line like that. Perhaps some one called in with the sniffles or did poisoning. Happens to the best of us. I’ll go again and you should too. Still good food for fast food. Just want the quickest the time I visited. Certainly, it’s already flowing smoothly like every other place. My pleasure visiting here.

I’m a frequent flyer here at 54th Street chick fila. I love a good Deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Unfortunately this evening Friday the 7th Alia one of the order takers didn’t make my meal a deluxe. Thankfully Arianna at the window giving me my food made up for it with her excellent service. It was playtime as at least six employees were visiting with a friend and conversing loudly enough it was problematic to order. Apparently management tolerates this behavior. My 8 piece grilled nuggets turned out to be 7. Disappointed.

Today was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A in over 25 years. I lived in Dallas, TX then and Chick-fil-A was my go to restaurant while in college and working. Finally, made it to downtown Grand Rapids, MI to a new Chick-fil-A and the food was as good as I remembered. Wonderful!! I wish they would build one in Big Rapids or Greenville. The absolute best chicken sandwich that I have ever had.

The chicken here is the best chicken I have ever had!! The juicy white meat is always perfect, and so scrumptious that I feel greedy with my sandwich! My order is never messed up and when I go through the drive-thru I don’t have to wait very long at all. The Chick-fil-A sauce is different than any sauce I’ve tried. Nowadays fast food is expensive everywhere, so why go somewhere mediocre? I like to vote with my dollar. I appreciate good service.

Drive thru staff were outside taking orders, and the woman was extremely impatient and rude as she only had a small handheld menu with limited menu items. The staff at the drive-thru window were fantastic and so very quick. My chicken sandwich was delicious, and the fries were a little undercooked, but ok.
