I’ve always had good service and food here but it is in a mall, so the atmosphere can be a little hectic sometimes. It’s also really hard to find a clean table when the mall is busy. They’ve recently changed the Kale Crunch Salad side to one large size and made it an upcharge. This is wasteful (amount of food wise, as well as money wise) and they tend to put too much dressing on the Kale Crunch Salad. I’m not sure why the dressing doesn’t come on the side like the other toppings. These are obviously company wide issues and not specific to this location but it will definitely deter me from getting meals in the future. Chick-fil-A always seems to be a good choice for us. We were with friends when they suggested this visit. The atmosphere was off a little only because this is a food court setting. The positive side of that is that this setting provides a variety. The food was prepared and delivered quickly. The quality was great as usual.

On March 17th I visited CFA.. The experience was very different than what I’m used to from CFA. Since my girlfriend works at the Coral Ridge Mall location, I visit her from time to time. When visiting her, there are times when i encounter one of CFA’s “leaders”, Emily, and its never pleasant. She seems to always have a rude tone with me. I could be waiting for a sandwich I ordered or getting a free drink, and get yelled at for no reason. It’s as if she believes she can talk to me the way she does because I’m dating one of the employees. These experiences have really put me off of CFA. It has been a bit since I’ve gotten my lunch from here, but with todays experience, I will definitely be considering somewhere else. It is a shame since the restaurant operator Chase and I have a friendly relationship and would NEVER mind me getting a drink for free time to time.

Awful customer service and I have received TERRIBLE food from here. Not only was I ignored, I received expired sauce and they even forgot my bun. I don’t even understand how that happens. I have not once been contacted by the restaurant after several attempts and conversations with their customer service help desk. I actually will never eat here again.

The people make this location – completely awesome employees who go above and beyond. The patience of the woman taking our order was amazing as a 5 yo ordered her own meal. Letting her practice is an important way to get her out there communicating with adults successfully. The food was great though it would be nice if the spicy chicken biscuit would come back – the hot sauce isn’t as tasty
