We have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a few months now on the mornings before we head to work. Nearly every time we have ordered a frosted coffee with our meals. This morning a teenager came to the window and told us “For future reference, we don’t do frosted coffee in the mornings” She came off as hostile and it has never been an issue before. We also order ahead of time every single time. Very rude and very unprofessional. Sadly picking a different location. That was unacceptable!

I ordered online with the mobile through option and had some issues when I was there. I paid online with the PayPal option, got a receipt through my email indicating that I was charged. I was told my order didn’t go through and that Chick-fil-A doesn’t use PayPal? I came there really hungry later in the evening hoping to get “fast food” and it took sooo long. They eventually gave me my food, but the stress I had to go through was not worth it.

Wow! It’s pretty amazing to go through the drive through and place your order with a real person instead of yelling into a speaker.
