This is one of my favorite places lately, it’s very cozy, clean and bright inside, one thing I really like that they always have a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table, every time we dine-in, it puts me and my friends in a happy mood, you guys make me a good day! I’m literally done with the disappointments of Chick-fil-A Eden Prairie location. When they opened up a location across the street from my job, I was so excited to have one so close… but NO. It’s an 0/2 for me, and I’m not giving them a 3rd chance to disappoint me. From hair in my food, to dry food, to incorrect orders being given… I just can’t. Save yourself the misery and make the drive to Chanhassen. It’s worth it.

What’s the point of the Mobile Thru Lane? 3 times in a row I’ve tried at this location and everytime the wait is 15 min+. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been too. Never at a busy time either and only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. Not large or difficult order either. Meanwhile 2, 3 or more cars pull up in drive thru, place orders, get them and are gone before mine ever arrives. Last time only got half a container of fries and tea was soured . Save yourself time and hassle and go to Chanhassen!

Ordered 3 meals. Ordered a chocolate shake and received a vanilla. Ordered a side of Mac and cheese and didn’t get it. Unfortunately, didn’t realize I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for until I got home. I called and Amanda answered. I explained what happened and I received no apology or ownership at all. She immediately asked for my receipt. I told her it was in the car and I’m not going outside to get itop but I scanned my app and she should be able to see it through that. She replied and said I can look it up through that but it’s harder and takes more time. Then said call back tomorrow when I have the receipt. I’m a regional property manager for class A properties and if I had one of my staff respond in that way I would be embarrassed. Completely unacceptable. Also this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong at this location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this location. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed.

This new location, only open 9-9, decides to close at 8 pm due to weather. Ridiculous they they can’t stay open 1 hour! All other restaurants around them are open so I enjoyed a crispy chicken sandwich at McDonald’s, open till 1 am instead. Ownership needs to put on its big boy pants if it wants to compete in this community. Second time we have had an issue in less than 30 days when patrons were not allowed to use the dining room but employees were certainly eating in that section.

We both had the chicken sandwich. Very generous amount of chicken. Much better than Mcdonalds McChicken sandwich. It costs more but we thought it was well worth it. Waffle fries were good but it’s hard to compete with McDonalds fries. This was our first time at a Chick-fil-A. We’ll be back!
