I’ve never had a bad experience here until tonight. We ordered curbside and didn’t realize until we got home that they missed our Large waffle fry. The website says to contact the store directly for refund requests. The girl I spoke to at the locationt said something completely different. Her only offering was to come back, which I declined because my family was already eating and I’m not going to leave them for 20 minutes for fries. She said I had to call the “Cares” line. I called the “Cares” line and have been on hold for what feels like forever. I’m hanging up. I guess I don’t get fries or my money back.

I am diabetic. I asked for a half unsweetened ice tea and half diet lemonade. I had to repeat myself 5 times. Both the unsweetened ice tea & diet lemonade were right behind him. He went off by the drive thru window came back & said here’s your half & half sweet tea. I said is it sweet tea or UNSWEETENED tea, as I asked for 5 times. I explained that I’m diabetic. I can’t have sweet tea. He went off, came back. Claiming it was unsweetened. I didn’t try it till after I had left. It was not unsweetened.

The food was ok, the chicken sandwich was cold. I didn’t like the way the younger guy working treated the older gentleman with an attitude. The older gentleman greeted us when we pulled up. The young guy told him I will handle this and pushed in front of him. Didn’t say anything, just tossed our drinks and bag at us. As a seasoned adult myself, I learned long ago to respect my elders. He could learn a lot from that older gentleman, it’s called Respect, and I have no respect for the young guy. It will be a long time before I go back again.
