Wait 40 minutes and had to keep asking for different folks to get our order. They lost it and never followed through finding it. They kept saying have a seat and we will find it but never did. Finally, we stood there and kept asking until someone made it. Fries and chicken were then cold. The manager gave a couple free cookie coupons. Then when the kids went to get those, they didn’t bring them out either. Really sad experience. They also weren’t very busy at the time. Not cool.

I mean what can I say.. it’s chic fila they are always great. This lobby was set up a lot differently than most I’ve seen which was pretty nice and refreshing. The staff here are mostly younger but very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and even though they were very busy the wait wasn’t long at all. Of course the drive thru was all the way around the building even in 10 degrees weather.

I really liked how nice the employees use to be. They were always very cheerful and asked about your day. Chick-fil-A seemed like a good work environment. Unfortunately I have noticed a change in attitude that I feel is directly related to making them work in extreme cold. 25 degrees in SD is too cold for anyone to be working outside in food service. The wind chill here is extreme. I would rather wait longer for better service and quality.

Don’t get me wrong it taste good Chick-fil-A taste the same anywhere you go in America no question about that delicious issue I have is my three piece chicken strips or tiny in the honey mustard sauce is bigger. Don’t get me wrong I love Chick-fil-A the service is great the people are nice as always that every Chick-fil-A you go to but I feel like I got half of what I ordered because the chicken strips are so tiny. Check the picture. Looks like there’s some cost-cutting going on or quality control issues.

I know people love the chicken but I will say the spicy chicken breakfast biscuit is pretty terrible. Individually maybe both are good but combined that biscuit and chicken are not. The service was slow, we waited 15 minutes in the lobby for 3 sandwiches. I get that’s not super long but this is fast food. This is the second experience with Chick-fil-A in Sioux Falls that hasn’t been great and will most likely be the last chance we give them. Definitely an overhyped restaurant.
