This particular CFA could use some better quality control with the food service. My kale salad had almost no dressing and was very dry. The sandwich was sloppy, and the box it came in was a mess and very sticky on the outside. Overall, the food was good and restaurant was clean. I would go back there.

So happy to find a Chick-Fil-A in Billings! Traveling the US, my first choice is always this delicious food. I came in, took a seat, placed my order through the app, and soon thereafter my order was delivered. A tasty Cobb Salad. Customer service was exceptional, as always. Dining room was clean, and overall everything was just perfect. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience!

I recently visited a Chick-fil-A and was impressed by my experience. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a shake and was not disappointed. The sandwich was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of heat. The waffle fries were crispy and flavorful, and the shake was creamy and delicious.

Alright people it’s your favorite review man. This place makes my tongue slap my brain. You’ll get the frosted peach lemonade if you know what’s good for you. Pair that with some chick-n-minis and a parfait and I’ll see you after your nap. Thank God they’re closed on Sundays when I’m busy at church. If I can’t have em, nobody can!

So when did the yogurt parfait come without any fruit? Also waited 25 minutes to get my food. The operator needs to be more friendly as well as the staff. Obviously you can’t talk to the staff as they take everything offensive. Though you are a daily customer means nothing to this location. Probably best for this location to find a new operator or go out of business!

It’s a weird place to get drive-through food as you get into two lines that converge into one w/o anyone telling people who is next. Servers come out and give people food and are stuck behind people in front of them as another server walks around three times with three different bag combos looking for the correct vehicle. You pay the people who take your order and get no receipt. The food is OK, but the wraps are a rip-off as they are cut in half and one bit each. Very small for the price. The chicken sandwiches did not stand out, nor would I call the spicy sandwich spicy. I eat a lot less fast food these days, 1st time this year, yet I still expect value for my well-earned money. That line is ridiculous. Pre-order and avoid the line. I won’t be back.

Service is good, food needs help. I went around 7.30pm tonight, no line yet my waffle fries were floppy? Not crispy. Market salad was good, special ordered no cheese and arrived correct. But missing dressing, had to ask for the dressing. Lemonade was delicious.

Our first time trying the Billings Chick-fil-A. Everything was super delicious!!! I’d have given 5 stars, but felt like the price was a little high for the portion size… that being said the food and service was fantastic!!! My wife said the chicken nuggets were the best part of the meal!!! Peach shake was very tasty.

Lunch crowd with only one register open. I’ve been all over the U.S. and have been to 5 or more and this one is consistently the slowest I’ve been too. Chick Fil A is known for organization and this one always seems to be winging it. Good job to the employee who was at the register. Management, when you see your person is overwhelmed, step in and help.
