Chick fil A, you’re a joke. Most locations I’ve gone to of this establishment, the food is a hit/miss. Overpriced food for very small portions. Don’t ever order a large or medium fry. Get a small! In my pic included with this review, I ordered 2 medium fries and 1 small fry. I had the same amount in the medium fries as the small one. They smash the sauce down on top of the fries and there’s no telling who’s been handling that sauce with their bare hands! I believe this is something that could warrant a public BBB rating! Definitely done with chick fil a.

Service was fast and friendly. Chicken nuggets are really good and not covered in a big glob of batter. And you can be sure they are real chunks of chicken not highly phrocessed ‘parts’ with additives. Kale salad very tasty. Nice to see a fast food place with some healthier options.

I’m not one for large crowds. To me, the food was average, service was outstanding , but it was packed with people. Independence had a event at the Center, and I just picked the wrong night to go. I AM going to try it again to give it a fair review. I can see for sure it it a popular place to eat.

The food is excellent, and the service is always perfect and fast. Only complaint would’ve been that they don’t fill up the large fry container, but this seems to be resolved with our last trip here. The fries were topped off.

This is a sham on a chikfila in all of my years of going to chikfila I’ve never been treated this way. The food was great however the attitude from the manager was not! I ate inside then left and sat in my car in the heat for 20 minutes trying to back out. They had a full line in the drive through then another line for pick ups wrapped around the entire parking lot blocking all cars in. I called spoke to a manager explained it and she said she’d have someone come out and look into it. Another 10 minutes go by, no one comes out. So I go in and speak with a skinny tall long haired (in a pony) manager at the counter. Who immediately gets aggravated with me telling me it’s another drive through line and she has no one to send out right now. I calmly tried to explain to her no it’s not another drive through I asked the ppl in the cars and they were there for pick up orders. I asked her several times to have someone come out and get them to move as id been in the parking lot trying to leave for 30 mins and she told me oh well it’s a drive through line. So oh well that my kids have been sitting in a hot car, oh well that I’m now late to where I need to go. Oh well I wonder if she’d feel the same if I went to her house and blocked her in her drive way and just said oh well even if she asked me to move. There is a whole other side of the building that she could have politely asked the pick up customers to move to so others could get out.

Great place. Very friendly. Took a little bit to order because the line was so long, but still got through pretty quick, especially for how many people were there. I was impressed with all the flowers on all the tables and with the sweet woman that kept checking in with us and brought my friends son a cut little hat that gave him cow ears.
