This location does not keep up with keeping lobby and bathrooms clean. Their floor in the bathroom looked very dirty, almost as though they did not wash the floors for months, toilets paper all over the floor..I personally think that it all stems from the management of this location. Makes me wonder how they handle food in the kitchen. I have been to many chick fil a locations and this one I would not came back to.

They do it right. Always busy, but always friendly. They take fast food service to another level. On our visit the drive thru line was wrapped all around the building. They took our order sent us around the building and we picked up our order in less than 10 minutes. It would have taken an hour at any other fast food place.

Food was great as any other Chick-fil-A. Service was ok though, waited for a while to get a drink refill, was ignored by 3 different employees until the fourth employees saw me and jumped over to refill my drink which is not consistent with Chick-fil-A’s known services.

This review is specifically for a team member named Joshua. There was a mixup with our mobile order and we waited for it in a parking spot for awhile. Joshua helped us when we went in the store even though he was about to leave, found our food, and even offered to remake it. He was very polite and helpful. My husband and I weren’t even very upset because we have eaten at this location several times with no previous problems. They were very busy when we stopped by so I understand how the mistake happened. I just wanted to leave a review for Joshua for being so great

Just happened to be in North Little Rock this day. Wanted a bite to eat, stopped by this location and it seemed different than the West Little Rock location. And by different I mean in service. That’s why I rated the service as three stars as well as the atmosphere S3 stars. Now going to this location. The service from the servers doesn’t seem as welcoming as the location in West Little Rock. The greeting seems dry. The enthusiasm to take an order seems very dry and nonchalant. You can tell that the people really don’t want to be there, but they’re just to get a paycheck. So that interrupts the whole experience of going to Chick-fil-A. Having an excellent reputation of good service, the people just didn’t show that on this day. Buffalo food is still good because it is Chick-fil-A. But otherwise, just the service was okay. It wasn’t anything horrible. It wasn’t anything of the typical fashion that you would normally receive from Chick-fil-A.

I usually don’t use this location but the past 2 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong, even when I’ve repeated my order to make sure it will be correct. I know that Chik Fil a is known for moving fast and getting the line down.. but maybe slow down a little so you can be accurate. I probably won’t be returning to this location again. Dig through the bag, get everything out, and make sure your order is correct before leaving this location.

Pretty standard Chik-fil-A and they have you in and out as soon as they can. The people in the drive thru have always gotten my orders right and have been mostly pleasant and/or least very matter of fact about things and don’t waste time.

Employee asked me if we received our drinks yet when he brought the food. I told him no and just walked away. We sat there and just watched the employees goofing off and talking while our drinks just sat there. Couldn’t wave anyone down because their backs were turned to us. Finally got our drinks and when I opened my sandwich they literally just gave me a piece of grilled chicken on bread. No lettuce or tomato.
