At this Chick fil A restaurant on West Sunset Avenue in Springdale Arkansas is not as good as it could be. The inside and outside of the restaurant is great, very nice and clean inside and out. But I did have an issue with the staff on a fruit cup I ordered and because I am allergic to apples, I asked three separate times if they could take out the apples and replace them with more tangerines to make up the difference and I was told by a manager that they couldn’t replace it with any other kind of fruit, yet the charge would be the same in which I thought that wasn’t a good thing whatsoever, so they charged me the regular price of $3.99 for this medium fruit that consisted of 5 tangerines and 5 half slices of strawberries. So I continued to ask the manager why the Chick FIL A in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas was different and they always put a large amount of fruit in their bowls and she replied this to me, ” there are different owners to each Chick FIL A, and the owner to her restaurant said NO replacement on fruit.

The rudest employees I’ve ever seen at a cfa. Girl didn’t even say hi, she kept asking “is that it?” And cutting me off while ordering. I asked her to try a card I had and she just tapped it and walked away. Didn’t even let me know if it went through. Literally looked at me and said nothing. When they brought my food out I asked for a receipt and older lady said “I guess”. Waited and never got it so I just left. Pour teenagers look like they hate their job it’s not other people’s fault you work there lol.
