Great location with up to date equipment and service,except the line a car ahead of me had a big order and sat at sliding doors waiting for his order instead of being told to pull up and they bring it out, my simple order came out and we waited in line behind this car for 6 min and 37 seconds while other line moved freely. The cars behind me waited in the same line also. Food was delicious had to start eating in car so it would be super fresh. Another awesome location though.

Been to a lot of CFAs in the country and this one is terrible, it’s almost worth not going at all or going to the one on all the way over on 63rd and may. The employees here are super rude and do not seem like they want to be there and want others to know it. Working in the service industry myself this is fairly shocking as cfa is usually top of the line. But it’s really the employees that are doing a disservice to this specific location.

I could not see the name tag fast enough but Sharon or Shannon was SO nice!!! She was always on the move and so sweet to my table. She gave all tables attention but didn’t make it seem like she was in a rush at all. She is just AMAZING.

Possibly the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited from both from a customer service perspective andb time spent. I waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted at the speaker with only 3 cars in line. I pulled around to the second lane and continued to wait for another 8 minutes. I don’t normally patron here but my team wanted it for breakfast because we had a long day of training. Finally, someone walked up and said “you didn’t give us a name but you had…”. I had given them my name. Regardless, rude. Poorly run and not to mention an awful location. The owners only made traffic worse and I’ve seen 4 accidents since they opened.

I’m not sure how they are allowed to call themselves Chick-fil-A when the service is not like any other location I’ve been to. Drive thru is always backed up due to how slow they are. I often eat in my car or on the go and it’s really hard to eat mac & cheese without a fork or spoon (even though it’s prints it on the label of the bag). Think I’ll go back to the May and 63rd location.

I’m not sure what was happening at the one-off NW Expwy…it’s new and usually is spot on, but for some reason, this day… super long waits… I saw a ton of door dashers waiting and customers getting angry. It kind of changed the atmosphere

this location DOES NOT provide a positive Chick-fil-a experience – been many times and every time they’re rude and not helpful. the managers barely treat customers like humans, last time they wouldn’t even make eye contact with me as they were returning an order that was made completely incorrect. they just handed me my recipe and card.
