This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Despite the fact that they’ve got 20 people working the drive through window filling the orders, our orders are always wrong – item is missing, made incorrectly. It’s not the people taking the order because the receipt shows the correct order. I don’t know if they just don’t care and just shoving stuff into the bags, but there is NO quality control at this location. I can’t tell you how many coupons I have received for free items because they screw up every time – which doesn’t make it right because they should’ve gotten it right the first time! Train your people to do better for the customer!

I can never never complain about Chick-fil-A. Even though they forgot to put my sauce in the bag, their attitudes and demeanor are always so pleasant that I couldn’t even be upset. I’m not sure how their hiring process is done, but they DEFINITELY need to share some tips with the rest of this world. Keep being awesome, Chick-fil-A.
