Check your order before you pull away. Today must of been short the customer night. Car in front of me returned fries that I’m sure were not enough and my order. I asked for a only strawberries and oranges fruit cup for my toddler. They literally emptied the fruit cup and left me strawberries and oranges. I had to tell two employee’s that I would pay the difference if needed but it took two of them to explain why they shorted my order. Yet charged me full pop for the medium cup. I could have done that my self!!! I finally just left. Terrible service. Will make the trip to Midlothian location before I return here. They actually take care of their customers. Take notes Cedar Hill Location!

Always on point. Service is always great, and my order is never wrong. The only improvements this location needs is fast service. The wait for the food was longer than any chick-fil-a I ever went to, and they were not busy.

Our Cedar Hill Chick Fil A is awesome! Even though they’re always busy, they are always fastest with curbside and my order is always correct. Even in pouring rain they gave excellent service! Definitely one of my favorites in our city and best service.

Every time I come here for dinner, it’s quite awful. I have had bugs in my cup, missing items constantly and always being parked. For 3 items? They can’t find my order because they are discussing how they haven’t done anything tonight with their coworker and manager. My order was sitting and the food was cold. I cannot blame the young kids for their behavior as the evening managers are their leaders but have no urgency. For the amount a customer will spend here, it’s unacceptable that they don’t get it right. Service levels should be standard across the store hours. I am disappointed. I have the same standard and expectation in Cedar Hill as I have when I am in Frisco or Plano. I spend the same amount of money at each location.

I tried to edit my previous review about a lost gift card, but I couldn’t. So here it goes. I thought my gift card was taken by the drive thru worker due to me not paying attention. Well, the worker did keep it, but she turned it in. I went back a week later and asked about it, and it was there. I was so grateful because that card is good for a years worth of a free entrée every week. I truly apologize from the bottom of my heart. Thanks again to the young lady for turning it in.
