Worst Chick filet I have ever had. Sandwich was mostly bun and the chicken was tough as old boots. Cashier was coughing while taking my order. Save yourself the $12 for a combo and go get a pretzel or something.

I ordered lunch at the airport location. The order taker was suppose to give me sauce but never did. He rudely told me they don’t sell certain items. His name was Christop. My name was called and the bag had no sauce and all wrong meals. I politely asked for sauce and the lady walked away. I asked for sauce again by another lady and she said the cashier was suppose to give it to me. They then tried to give me back the bag with the wrong order. I showed them my receipt and they left. They called out numerous other orders. I finally requested an up date and they acted like they knew nothing about it. The lady took my receipt and I continued to wait another 10 minutes. Still they delivered meals to others and never updated me. I requested another update and I wanted my receipt back. The lady Tanishia sternly told me “it’s in the bag” and even though I was showing her it was not in there and I need that receipt for business reasons. She left without saying anything then came back with my receipt.

Unfortunately, this was the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced at a chick-fil-a. Staff’s body language was awful and they would no respond to any inquiries. We first hand witnessed two individuals ask for something and the workers ignore the customer and then provide what was asked for, and they never said “you’re welcome” after being thanked. Truly this was an unprofessional atmosphere that doesn’t mimic the chick-fil-a culture we love everywhere else.
