I don’t really know what more you can say about Chick-fil-A. It is amazing to me that no matter what location you go to the service is outstanding the food always tastes the same; excellent, and still the price is cheaper than most any other fast food restaurant you will go to. The one thing I can say to that makes them such a success is the fact that they recognize God and put Him first. They could stay open 7 days a week like most everyone else and think that that will increase their bottom line; but they know better. They know God will bless them more by honoring Him and being closed on Sunday to recognize the day of rest that God commanded us to have.

I did a mobile order tonight for curbside. It never would let me check in that I was there so I walked in. I asked about my order twice (to different people). They said they were working on it, even though I hadn’t said “I arrived”. I ordered a sandwich….that’s it….one sandwich. After everyone else has gotten their orders and the guy walks out with a mobile order, I asked again. Yep my order. I was at the restaurant for 21 minutes to pick up an order that was placed ahead of time. EVERY time I go to this particular chickfila there are issues. It is the worst representation of Chickfila and i have no idea how they stay in business (other than their name carrying them). There is absolutely no “my pleasure” and the service is awful. 🙁

This chic fi le is like a double edged sword, the severe drastic difference is so different that I am unable to even comprehend it. I will start with the positive and then the negative. On the up side this is the best chic fi le food by far as far as how good the food is. Simply excellent on every menu item. Now on the complete opposite end of the spectrum , it is the WORST SERVICE.. HANDS DOWN EVER. I 2AS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE . I PLACED MY ORDER AND TVEN STEPPED BACK TO PATIENTLY WAIT FOR MY FOOD THINKING IT WOULD BR ONLY A FEW MINUTES AT THE MOST, BY THE RIME I GOT MY FOOD I HAD NOTICED THAT I HAD AGED BY 3 YEARS, I WAS 46 WHEN I ORDERED MY FOOD, I WAS 50 WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT. I WILL JUST LEAVE MY REVIEW AT THAT.
