I was excited to try the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich, but I was disappointed once I got home with it. They advertise a decent amount of pimento cheese on the sandwich, but in reality I got about a tablespoon full, if that. The sandwich cost $7.09 and the original Chick-fil-A cost $5.09. I absolutely did not get two dollars worth of pimento cheese. Not worth it to me. Won’t order it again. Chick-fil-A is still my favorite restaurant for chicken sandwiches and their service is exceptional. Love this place.

We just left and our first time in the drive thru they lost our order – we had to reorder at the window (5-6 people standing there can’t figure out what’s going ) and “the captain” with a mullet and glasses walks over extremely rude and mumbling under his breathe. We said is everything ok and he completely ignored us- we pulled up waited another 5-7 min he practically threw our food walking away. Never will go back . Thanks captain

This place was full with lots of mamas with their kids at lunch during the week. The children were very happy to be there. We don’t do fast food often, but theirs is definitely a large step above the other fast food choices, in my opinion. We especially love the chicken sandwich. Simple, yet hits the spot.

Food is always great here. Plan to place your order on line ahead of time, or wait in line for at least 15 minutes. This is one of like 4 places to eat in the mall so it fills up fast. The people are always friendly, food always comes out perfect and I never have any complaints when visiting. Wished all fast food joints could run as smoothly as you guys do!
