The food was cold. As for the service, I’m not sure why all other four LE officers were not charged at all but I was. We were all uniformed. I don’t like or ever want a free meal, but it was awkward to experience that. Won’t go to any of your locations again .

Sadly, the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Nuggets were full of gristle (probably not the restaurant’s fault, but still inedible), waffle fries were luke warm and burned. Manage sat in the corner crunching ice, apparently oblivious to how poorly stocked or managed the counter seemed to be. I heard “all we have left for breakfast is hashbrowns but you have have lunch. No, out strips aren’t thawed yet.” Just a mediocre experience at best.

I have been here about 8 times, and this last time will be my last. I never leave bad reviews even when service isn’t best but after going 8 times I have given them more than enough chances. My order has been wrong every single time in drive thru, or they forget something. Then I either have to go back through drive thru and walk inside to get everything figured out. I rarely eat out, but sometimes on the go it’s easier to do this with 2 kids in tow. Very frustrating. And I mean 8 times…..8 times!! And not once was it right.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Can’t eat the biscuit or the chicken and the coffee is so strong you can almost cut it with a knife. Terrible terrible terrible!!! And the chicken is burnt and greasy and old. So sad for such a great name brand place.
