Stopped as were from out of town driving through. Gas station food woulda been better. Slow service although staffed and not that busy. The food tasted like it was cooked in burned dirty grease. The fries were dry and stale, fried in dirty burnt grease… the chicken was too brown burnt and again, tasted like fried in dirty burnt grease. Leaving the restaurant now… never to return.

Jaida and the rest of the crew was so patient kind & courteous w/taking me & my sisters order and I did a kind gesture by buying the guy behind me food because I was doing the most w/receiving my order. But I can’t remember everybody’s names on the card but thank everybody for the great experience & not judging me on my long wait time for their drive thru!! Thanks Chick-fil-A!!!

Where do I even start with this circus….. the front counter absolutely reeked of Marijuana. I asked several employees if they smelled it, they all giggled and said yes. I now see why they were giggling after trying to order for ten minutes, it must have been them. They could not get my order correct to save their lives. Crazy part is, it’s the easiest order there is. #1, large sweet tea and fries. I finally got tired of correcting them and just walked out. Guess I should have got the hint when I walked in at dinner time and the place was a ghost town. Kids at the front are stoned and can’t get a simple order correct. Went across the street to taco bell, they got my order right the first try.

My past few experiences have been horrible at this location but today they should be ashamed of these flimsy greasy fries . I know they say we don’t do well done which is fine but what they gave me and my family wasn’t even worth eating. I feel like this needs to be address for the simple fact is that we are the customers an it’s our money so we should be able to receive our food how we like it and nothing less. I could understand if the nuggets were getting browned and the fries at least fried to were you can eat them. Fries aren’t suppose to be pale looking, flimsy, and like they been soaked in grease …..yulk. Just because some people eat anything we don’t and want be wasting our money at this location every again.

I’ve been putting off writing a review for about a year, hoping it would get better. It kind of has. The children behind the counter goof off with each other a lot more than they work, pretend to be busy, and some of them are rude.. but some are kind. Just over all the kids don’t work very hard and are slow to fill orders. I get ignored sometimes. I don’t enjoy getting food from this location, but I enjoy eating it which is why I keep coming back

Waited in breakfast line for 8 or 9 minutes. Made it to the drive-through order screen at 10:30 AM and was told I couldn’t order breakfast even though the customer at the other drive through lane was completing his breakfast order. Simple customer service opportunity missed.

I work at a Chick-fil-A myself, so I noticed things that maybe others might not notice. I ordered a Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken, but the order taker (who was not too friendly and unprofessional) put spicy breaded chicken. So I spoke with the man at the window and he took the salad from me to take off the breaded chicken and put on the grilled. Number one, he should not have taken the salad from me since I had already opened it. What he should have done is let me keep it a remake it. That’s what we have to do at our store. As well, I waited for twenty minutes in the drive thru for my order. Also, my salad was under portioned, and if I had noticed it at the store, I would have gotten a refund. There are lines along the top of the salad bowls that we have to fill up with lettuce and spring mix, and then put the toppings on depending on the salad. I had no tomatoes as well. I was really disappointed in this, especially since I was looking forward to trying out another Chick-fil-A.
