Highly disappointed!!!!! BEWARE! I ordered a Cobb salad and it came with a piece of plastic in it and a fly as well. I actually took a bite of my salad and bit down on something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and examined it noticing it was a piece of plastic and thought well maybe it is a part of the container because it was really hard plastic. I continued eating and began to pick through the lettuce for meat and eggs only to flip over a piece of lettuce from the bottom to find a fly wedged in the crevice of a piece of lettuce. When I say disgusted, I’m beyond that. For a company that prides themselves on fast quality service, this is not the experience I had today. I am grossed out and beyond disgusted.

This location at 6:35 PM the foods was almost like room temperature. The French fry was not hot The chicken strip is like room temperature too. I spend almost $40. I can go somewhere better for that amount money. The fun part is when I talked to the manager. She didn’t do anything either. So I have to let her know Please, made my second order hot.

The service at all of the Chick-fil-A locations is always great. However, the food my wife, daughter, and I had at this one was by far the best we’ve had! This is also the first time I gave the Chick-fil-A sauce a try. Let’s just say I’ll be requesting that sauce each time I go moving forward!!

I ordered breakfast this morning on the mobile app. It stated “ please be here before 10:30 or your order will be cancelled” I arrived at 10:26 and was told my order had been cancelled. They already charged my card and it’s still pending to receive my money back ( I assume). So no food, no apologies, no explanations nothing. I’m a signature member and eat here all the time but that was very wrong and disappointing. Doesn’t seem like the “chic fil a way” but then again this particular location has messed up my order quite a few times. I don’t think I will be returning.

This is my home Chick-fil-A. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in a wrap around line. Everyone is always so polite. The rewards program is not as great as it used to be, and prices have much higher. Still, we are highly devoted customers.

I have never felt so snubbed. Ordered three meals. I asked for ketchup and chickfila sauce to be given 1 of each. So I said ma’am we have three meals can we have three more?
