Food was not the best today but the employee outside taking orders was phenomenal. Despite it being 100 degree weather & extremely long lines, the employee greeted us with “Welcome to Chick Fil A.” He was pleasant while I ordered (despite my family being difficult) & even said “God bless” at the end. Thanks for the great service today.

Really need to improve curbside mobile ordering. New app uses your location to start getting your order ready before you arrive – in theory, cool. In practice, poorly performed. Orders for people arriving to curbside 5-10 minutes after we arrived were getting their food before ours. Most were same sized orders, others were larger orders. We didn’t order anything custom or rarely ordered by customers. There is no excuse for this other than poor performance on the staff.

Really disappointed in this store after I read another mom had already made a comment about the dirty high chairs and even mentioned the placemats, which I have also asked about. I was so happy to see that the franchise owner had responded, saying that the high chairs (and should be the rest of the store, too) would be clean from now on and things as they should be. Unfortunately my toddler is currently sitting in the cleanest chair they had with no placemat and it was a struggle to find a clean table. Very sad that the owner said this would be fixed and hoping he didn’t lie just to make the moms in the area happy!

This chick fil a’s food and staff are both pretty great, the one thing I am confused about is why at this location the high chairs are all dirty and none of the placemat sets like every other location. I dine in with my son at least once a week, and I always have to wipe down his high chair and ask for a place mat. The first two times the staff was extremely confused and had no idea what I was talking about. Now they know for the most part, but you have to ask for them still. I am no expert but I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to be on the clean high chairs? But I guess you would have to know to clean the high chairs in the first place to even think about the place mats.

I recently ordered a large lemonade no ice before I went home for dinner, thinking this should be quick. About 7 minutes passed, and I noticed that 5 cars behind me received their food. I flagged down one of the runners, asking her about my drink. The young lady was helpful. However, they gave her 2 more orders to hand out before giving her my drink. I’m not sure if I didn’t spend enough money to qualify as an important customer. When I asked a second time about my drink, I was told they apologize, and they are working on the problem. Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had, it has been an awful day and after a long day at work and driving 5 hours to be with my dying aunt I wanted to get my food without issues. They forgot my sauces and after having to go back I was told by Angi that I needed to pay more attention to my order. That’s not why I come to Chick-fil-A, to have to check my order. The level of disrespect from the staff is something I might expect from Popeyes. The absolute worst way to end an awful day

I have gone to multiple Chick-fil-a’s over the last several months but nothing can compete with this one. The staffing/management is always great and and it is always nice to be welcomed with a smile and genuine graditutde. I definitely recommend more people to come to this location.
